The LionUV has the potential to engrave lots of materials that can hardly or not be engraved with a Fiber laser or a CO2 laser. For example, many packaging plastics like PET, PE and PP can be printed without ink. A laser engraving does not pollute the recycling process, it is the method to get monostream recyclable products with a beautiful print.

LionUV
This machine is ideal for the engraving of transparent plastics and glass, metals, stainless steel, wood, leather and other organic materials like fruit or vegetables. Because of its short wavelength it has an extremely small laser spot, therefore it is possible to create really accurate micro engravings. This is why the LionUV is, also in the micro range field, a totally impressive machine. Thereby, some sorts of glass can be engraved and even sliced with the LionUV. Even fine cutting of glass is possible! The LionUV gets the same solid, user-friendly and laser security housing as its composer, the LionFiber.
