The LionAlpha Metal is a cutting machine suitable for various kinds of thin metal. The follow focus cutting head will follow the exact height of the products, which will result in an optimal result. The LionAlpha is made out of a strongly welded steel frame and thick steel tubes. The design can be adapted suited for your application.

LionAlpha Metal
The LionAlpha metal is great for cutting metals. From foils till 10 mm (0.39 inch) thickness in steel, 5 mm (0.19 inch) in stainless steel and 3 á 4 mm (0.12 á 0.16 inch) copper and aluminium.
The smart LED lightning is applied on top of the machine, showing the status of the machine from a big distance. Zelfs op grote afstand is daarmee duidelijk de status van de machine te zien. The height axles level themselves when zeroing and can be electronically aligned. The Alpha uses Festo axles with ball screws and Yaskawa AC-service engines for movements. The automatic sliding door with a big safety glass gives a great look at the process. This machine has a standard working range of 950 x 750 mm (37.40 x 29.53 inch). A touch screen with lasersoftware and many software expansion possibilities make the Lion Alpha Metal totally user-friendly. Next to plate work, it also has the unique power to carve 3 dimensional products like control cabinets and folded plate work.
This machine can apply markings during cutting, however, the LionAlpha Metal is not ideal for engraving work compared to our other laser systems.
