The LionFiber Medical is the marking laser specially designed for the encoding and marking of industrial instruments. With its small laser spot, your precious instruments will be provided with a small data matrix code or even a QR code within seconds. On top of that, even a 1×1 mm (0.039 x 0.039 inch) scan-able data matrix code is possible But also, a logo, automatic text or serial numbers are made within a fraction of seconds using the included software. We ensure to provide settings to engrave surgical steel instruments without causing rust. Universally applicable high-speed engraving laser.

LionFiber Medical
The LionFiber Medical is used for almost all metals and plastics. The rock-solid lasersave housing of 1.5 mm (0.059 inch) thick plate steel, with touchscreen control, has different openings to engrave large products.
This Lion Laser system is specially designed to engrave medical instruments. Most of our customers use this system for engraving data matrix codes on surgical steel or barcodes on sterilisation baskets.
